3x50 (1) BA-Brst Swim descend
4x25 Resistance band
4x25 Fins Breast Pull Flutter kick
Repeat 3x with ample rest between
Round two- do 2x25 instead of 4
Round three-do 1x25 instead of 3
200 easy
9x25 assistance of any kind - On every third one
225 easy with 5 perfect turns
